Tiffany L. Dehen, Esq. graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a dual concentration in Intellectual Property Law and Business & Corporate Law.

During law school, she externed with the USD Federal Tax Clinic, assisting indigent clients in resolving disputes with the IRS. Shortly after graduating, Ms. Dehen filed the first-ever federal RICO action against Big Tech in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Ms. Dehen has experience across a broad range of civil matters, including:

• Personal injury (including assisting in a $2.4M traumatic brain injury settlement)
• Insurance bad faith and multi-million-dollar coverage disputes
• Employment law and wrongful termination
• Lemon law and consumer protection
• Business litigation and corporate disputes
• Intellectual property and brand protection
• Intentional torts (assault, battery, fraud, and related claims)

She has also advised entrepreneurs and small businesses on formation, structure, and long-term strategy.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Dehen brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, and consulting. This background allows her to approach cases with both legal precision and practical business judgment.

She graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing from the internationally top-ranked W.P. Carey School of Business, earned a minor in Mass Communications from the #1-ranked Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communications, and holds an International Business Certificate from W.P. Carey.
